All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your payment is processed, you receive immediate access to downloadable files, proprietary training, course content, worksheets, or other digital materials. Because of this instant access, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
 

This policy aligns with standard practices across the digital creator industry, including online courses, music production tools, digital downloads, sample libraries, preset packs, and similar creative assets.

No Cancellations or Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not request a refund, reversal, or chargeback from your payment provider.

• You understand that all products are delivered exactly as described.

• You have reviewed all sales pages, product descriptions, and FAQs before purchasing.
   

Chargebacks or disputes filed after accessing digital content are considered fraudulent, as the product cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Access & Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your product:

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will be addressed promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address, please email support within 48 hours. We can verify the duplicate transaction and credit you with store credit only, not a refund.
